Edwards and Co
Buy on Shopify. Land in Kajabi. No one touches it.
The brief.
Edwards and Co's education business was on WooCommerce, and the courses lived somewhere else again. Customers were buying and then not knowing how to get in — the order confirmation told them a payment had gone through and nothing about where the course was. The job was to rebuild the platform so a purchase and an enrolment became the same event.
Commerce on Shopify, course delivery on Kajabi, and a webhook joining them so buying a product grants the matching offer and the course appears in the customer's library. The whole customer base was migrated across from WooCommerce and granted their existing access. Then the launch email was rewritten — a purpose-built how-to-get-in message replacing a Shopify confirmation that told people nothing. The last piece was internal: an automation that takes a Google Drive link and produces the Kajabi lesson, the matching Shopify product with its offer ID, and the Vimeo teaser on the product page.
Free courses granted to every existing customer across both the WooCommerce export and the live Shopify base.
The platform. edwardsandcoeducation.com
Shopify at the front, Kajabi behind it, and a webhook that makes a purchase and an enrolment the same event. Recorded end to end off the live storefront.
The automation. 1 pipeline
A Drive link goes in. A Kajabi lesson, a Shopify product carrying the offer ID, and a Vimeo teaser come out. What used to be four manual jobs is now one.
